Beeler Gallery will be host to the new CCAD Faculty Triennial Exhibition, a juried selection of work by faculty members at Columbus College of Art & Design. This exhibition relaunches the tradition of a faculty exhibition as CCAD celebrates the college’s 140th anniversary. The exhibition is curated by Lucy I. Zimmerman, Assistant Curator of Exhibitions at the Wexner Center for the Arts.

On Thursday, Sept. 5, at 11:30 a.m., Assistant Professor Joshua Butts, PhD, Department Head of Writing, Literature & Philosophy, reads from his “rural imagination poems,” including one, The Rural Imagination of Landscape and Genre, that he wrote in collaboration with/response to two paintings on view in the exhibition by Julie Taggart, Dean of the School of Studio Arts.
